The company was co-founded by Balraj Sambandam, who has done M.tech. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Coventry University, UK. With over 20 years of experience in technical operations, project management, and business sustainability, Dr. Sambandam’s passion for facility management services inspired him to establish Tidiees. He is also passionate about HR operations and has expertise in the mass recruitment of soft services and support staff.
Dr. Daksshna Ravi Kumar, our Senior Vice President and a retired defence officer from the Indian Navy. He has over four decades of experience in the property, facility, and hospitality management industries. He leads the operations of facility management and strategic planning in Tidiees. Also, he heads our training & development department.
